PLEASE NOTE the dates on the site are for all sports and students who wish to play football, need to be cleared BEFORE August X to receive their equipment on August X. In addition to completing the on-line registration a completed physical exam from must be either uploaded to SportsNet or turned in to Ms. Eggli in the main office. Physicals are good for one calendar year from the date of the last physical. It is imperative that the date of physical exam on the top right of page of two of the physical form is filled in. On-line registration needs to be completed once per school year. Allow 5 days for processing once the on-line registration and physical form have been submitted. |
